1,3,5-Tris[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine(FENTACAT 41) polyurethane rigid foam high activity trimerization catalyst with excellent foaming/gelling ability, usually shared with other catalysts.
1,3,5-Tris[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine(FENTACAT 41) is mainly used for the catalysis of the reaction of polyurethane and polyisocyanate. In fact, the catalytic activity of polyurethane is slightly higher than that of polyisocyanate reaction. It is often used for laminated sheet polyurethane rigid foam, spray rigid foam, and molded rigid foam.
1,3,5-Tris[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine(FENTACAT 41) is more suitable for polyisocyanate rigid foam board, various foaming agent foaming (including full water foaming) and other processes, and has excellent performance in water foaming rigid foam system.
1,3,5-Tris[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine(FENTACAT 41) is also suitable for microporous polyurethane elastomer and high resilience foam plastic products.
