Properties:

White or light yellow paste of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, soluble in water and ethanol. Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is stable below 100°C and has good compatibility with cationic and non-ionic surfactants. Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride has good chemical stability, heat resistance, light resistance, pressure resistance, strong acid and strong alkali resistance, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride also has excellent Permeability, emulsification, flexibility, antistatic and biocide.

 

Uses:

Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can be used as a transfer catalyst for the production of p-aminophenol by nitro reduction rearrangement method; dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can also be used to produce building waterproof coating emulsifiers; hair conditioner emulsifiers; Cosmetic emulsifier; special emulsifier for cationic chloroprene latex; dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can be used as an emulsifier for high-temperature water-in-oil emulsified mud when drilling deep wells in oil fields; dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can be used as protein coagulant in the process of penicillin fermentation; dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride also can be used to produce synthetic fiber antistatic agent, anti-sticking agent and release agent for latex industry, biocide agent for industry and agriculture, etc.

 

Note:

Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is easy to absorb water and should be sealed and stored dry. Avoid using with anionic surfactants. Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is not suitable to heat for a long time at a temperature above 120°C.
